We’re also partnering with Friends of Broomfield and Imagine!, so if you’re already working with one of these organizations, be sure to let your service provider know you’re interested. Our leasing specialist will work through the interest list and reach out as apartments become available.

Once you are contacted by a leasing specialist, you will be asked to complete a set of required forms, including the Grove application and cash affidavit.

Depending on individual circumstances, there will likely be additional forms required including but not limited to the forms below. Your leasing specialist will be able to provide you will all of the required forms and assist you through the process.

• Unemployment Affidavit

• Zero or Extremely Low Income Questionnaire

• Authorization to Assist

To help make the leasing process as smooth as possible, we recommend gathering your income documentation in advance of meeting with the leasing specialist. These below documents are required to verify eligibility and complete the required income qualification. Having them ready ahead of time will help us move more quickly when a home becomes available.

Please note that additional documentation may be required depending on individual circumstances, and the leasing specialist will guide each applicant through the process.

• Copies of government issued photo ID, Social Security card for all occupants aged 18 and older.

• Any household members under 18 please provide Birth Certificates and Social Security card.

• Proof of income: 2 months most current consecutive paystubs, current award Letter all pages must be included even if they are blank.

• Proof of Assets: Most current bank statement, investment account, retirement account statement, all pages must be included.

For the initial lease-up of The Grove, the leasing team will begin reaching out to individuals on the waitlist in mid-May 2026. They will work one-on-one with each prospective resident to navigate the leasing process based on their unique circumstances. Once all 40 apartments are filled, the team will continue to use the interest list and will reach out as homes become available.
