Construction Progress

July 2025

The cul-de-sac is gone and the team is leveling the ground and preparing the site for utility work.

September 2025

Significant excavation has been completed to prepare the site for utility installation and the placement of foundational piers.

January 2026

The main building is dried-in and we had a wonderful opportuity to show some of our friends and future-residents the amazing construction progress!

October 2025

By the end of October, walls are going up on the third floor of Building C. Staff got to do a box walk to talk about outlet and lighting placement for each of the unit floor plans.

March 2026

The smaller buildings on the east side of the community are taking shape! Exterior siding and painting are starting and building systems are being installed!
